Travelling has never been easier, thanks to mobile apps that can simplify everything from planning your itinerary to navigating new destinations—these are the must-haves for every traveller.
Rome2Rio
My very favourite travel application, because whenever I think of some trip, I can immediately see what travel options we have in terms of getting to the destination. How much it would be and how long it would take. You will find public transport options—air, bus, train. It will show you the approximate cost of a car trip, etc. At least I can see if my thoughts and plans are realistic or not.
SitorSquat
Hydration is very important, especially during the hot summer days. But what if you are currently somewhere in the city centre, no where close to your hotel bathroom? Do not worry; this app got you covered, well, especially ladies. Application will show the possibilities around you in a map, so you can choose.
Wifi map
It happened to all of us; you desperately had to find something online, get tickets, work online, or send something to your client, etc. and you ran out of your data. What if there was an app that would show you all the wifi addresses? And not just the free ones, but also wifi´s with their passwords. Download this app, and you will never be caught without the internet when it is most needed.
Roomer
An incredible mobile application for such occasions, when you have your hotel booked with no possibility of cancelling it for free and you got ill or injured and cannot travel. You can sell your hotel to other fellow travellers so that you do not lose all your money.
And obviously the other way around. As a traveller, you can find cheaper accommodation like that.
Dayuse
Thanks to this application, you will be able to find and book hotels for daily use. In case you have a long stay in between your flights and you would really appreciate to sleep properly, take a shower, or have a comfy/quite place for your work, then check these out. Hotel rooms for daily rooms can be up to 70% cheaper - and that is nice.
Airhelp
What to do when your flight is cancelled? This application will help you with this as well as delayed flights. Most of the time you are alleged to have some compensation (read more here) in this application that can deal with the trouble for you. You can just sit in the lounge, sip on coffee, and then receive money on your account.
